So we mentioned it, now we want to know who is interested. The Fundraising from this will go directly to your personal travel fund. The more you sell the less you pay. The Sobeys cards work as follows

We get 10% of all sales. If you sell $1,000.00 worth of gift cards, your accommodations are paid for. You sell more than that, we will give you the cash to offset your flight cost.

There will be a short turnaround time on this because all money has to be paid before Sobeys hands out the cards. We don't want people to have to wait for their cards. We would sell for 2 weeks only.

We must sell $25,000.00 in order to do this fundraiser. Please e-mail me zueff@fearlessfootballwomen.com to let me know if you will be interested. If we have enough players interested we will go ahead with it.

So the Hotel is booked and we are ready to go! We are staying at the Travelodge Calgary Macleod Trail. Included in our stay is a continental Breakfast and Water and snacks in the room.

We were given a special from the hotel with the Shuttle company from the airport. The rate has been dropped from $35 a person to $10 a person. Please let me know if you will want the shuttle as I will have to book it under our group for you.

I have done some budgeting for the trip and with 3 nights accommodations and Vehicle Rental we are looking at $100 - $110 per person. This must be paid up by May 7th. We will be paying for the Hotel via Team Cheque. Please budget yourself to ensure you are paid up by the 7th.
