Craig Bachynski - Head Coach/DC

Coach Bachynski works as a Projects Manager, and Contracts Administrator for Number TEN Architectural Group, and have done so for the past 7 years. He is the President of the St. Vital Mustangs for 2014 and previously the director of Football Operations for the Mustangs from 2007-2013 and has been on the board of the Mustangs beginning in 1992. Coach Bach has also been on the board for the MB Juvenile Football League and Football Manitoba. He has also been an integral part of the LTAD committee, and the chairman of the 2009 Football Canada Cup Organizing Committee.

Coach Bachynski is a Certified NCCP Level 4, Football Coach,Certified NCCP Course Conductor for Tackle Football – Level 3, and a Certified Flag Football Coach and Master Course Conductor

Derek Mills- QB Coach

Coach Mills played 10 seasons with the Transcona Nationals bouncing back and forth between almost every position on the field. He finished with one season as a DB with the Winnipeg Hawkeyes in the Prairie Junior Conference of the Canadian Junior Football League. He then turned to coaching at the Bantam Level and is now entering his 11th season as a football coach. He is also an avid touch football player having played on numerous teams over the past 17 years. Coach Mills works as a machine shop supervisor in the agriculture industry.

Jace Turner  - Running Back Coach
Coach Jace has been the running back coach for the Manitoba Fearless since its inaugural season. He played 13 seasons of football with the St. Vital Mustangs in multiple offensive positions. Coach Jace is currently in his fourth year of studies in the Kinesiology and Applied Health (KIN) program at the University of Winnipeg.  His career goals are to become an independent personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach for athletes at all competitive levels.  He recently worked with clients competing in the Fitness Star Model Search competition and is currently assisting with the strength and conditioning program for the St. Vital Mustangs Midget Team. Coach Jace is dedicated to his own health and wellness and looks forward to coaching others towards their maximum fitness and optimum athletic performance levels.

Eric Vincent - Strength and Conditioning Coach
Coach Vincent recently graduated from the University of Manitoba with his Bachelor's of Science and Bachelor's of Education. He now works as a high school science teacher and is currently working on a Post-Baccalaureate Diploma in Education.

After High school, he played junior football with the Winnipeg Rifles for 5 years, winning numerous team awards over his career. (rookie of the year, defensive player of the year(three times), Team MVP, outstanding leadership(twice) and outstanding graduate) and was named all conference all-star at linebacker in his final year. He decided to delay teaching for 2 years in order to play out his eligibility with the Manitoba Bisons where he started a full year and was named an academic all Canadian in his final year.
Coach Vincent has been with the Fearless since 2009, first as a linebacker coach, progressed to the linebacker coach and defensive coordinator. He also held these two positions on last year's inaugural Manitoba Senior Women's Team that competed in the National Challenge cup in Laval, Qb. For the last two years, Vincent has been the linebacker coach on the Winnipeg West U16 team. This season Coach Vincent is with Sturgeon Park HS but is still committed to helping the Fearless grow as a team and help the players step up their game. 

Over the years, he has guest-coached with the St. Pauls Crusaders, Miles Mac Buckeyes, Bison ID and development camp, Football Manitoba Youth development camp and the Junior Player Development camp.

Joyce Kristjanson
Joyce is a RN with 15 plus years of football training experience. Affectionately known as "Mom" to all Fearless players, she has been passionate about the game since her first Bomber game at age 5 and loves to share her knowledge. This will be her third season with the Manitoba Fearless

President-General Manager - Tannis Wilson
Tannis is founder of the Manitoba Fearless. After playing for the first 3.5 years as a defensive end, Tannis retired her cleats however she remained in the GM president role. Prior to starting the Fearless Tannis coached with the St. Vital Mustangs for 6 years. She has been involved in football all her life, starting as the water girl for her dad's team when she was 10. She played touch football for 25 years prior to starting the Winnipeg Women's Flag Football league the year before the Fearless were born. 

Tannis has served as a board member for the St. Vital Mustangs, the MMFA and as a member of both the board and Executive of Football Manitoba for over 15 years and currently sits as the Vice President and chairs both the Flag Football and NCCP committees. Tannis was one of the founders of the Western Women's Canadian Football League, and sat as the commissioner for the first two seasons. One of the many highlights of her football career was being chosen as the Defensive line coach for Team Canada in 2010, she along with a group of pioneering women won the silver medal at the first ever Women's World Football Championships in Stockholm Sweden.
In 2011 Tannis and Lisa Cummings started the Manitoba Girls Football Association bringing tackle football to girls aged 9-14, the league has grown from 3 teams to 10 in it's four short years. And now includes girls 8-16. 

Lisa Cummings - Team Manager
Lisa has been with the Fearless since year one, first as a player on the O-line, then taking over the manager duties in 2010. Lisa is heavily involved in Football in the province,  a D-line Coach with the North Winnipeg Nomads (2012 PeeWee Champions, 2013 Bantam Champions), co-founder of the Manitoba Girls Football Association, Fearless Board Member, North Winnipeg Nomads Board Member, Team Canada Mentor Coach, and she helps out at as many Football MB programs as possible. Lisa was also on the inaugural WWCFL Board, helping to get the league started.
